ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Juana Guichardo is an Executive Producer and experiential strategist with over two decades of experience leading high-impact events and brand activations.

She began her career in hospitality as part of the opening team at the SoHo Grand Hotel and Tribeca Grand Hotel, where she worked in corporate room sales and played a key role in driving business to the hotels’ event and catering teams. During this time, she partnered with brands including Adidas, Disney, Estée Lauder, and J.Crew, supporting high-profile clientele.

She later expanded into media and advertising, holding senior roles at The New York Post, Time Inc., and iHeartMedia, where she led multicultural marketing initiatives and experiential programs.

Today, as Founder of GEM Event Services, Juana leads production from strategy through execution for high-visibility events, partnering with brands, media companies, and cultural institutions.
